1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Play OpenTee services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Membership

Membership Plans: We offer Standard and Platinum membership plans with different credit allocations and booking windows.

Billing: Membership fees are billed monthly on the 1st of each month. Your membership will auto-renew unless cancelled.

Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time. Your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

3. Credits and Reservations

Credits: Credits are used to book sessions. Monthly credits reset on the 1st of each month. Unused credits from the first month (for new members) may roll over once.

Booking: Reservations can be made up to 7 days (Standard) or 14 days (Platinum) in advance. Members are limited to 4 sessions per day. (Can be vary by location)

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancel ≥2 hours before: Full credit refund
  • Cancel <2 hours / No-show: Credit used

Note: Non-members who cancel reservations will receive credits instead of cash refunds. These credits can be used for future bookings.

Reservation Validity: Reservations made with valid credits during an active membership remain valid even if the membership is cancelled before the reservation date. However, credits will not be refunded if you cancel a reservation after cancelling your membership.

4. Check-In Requirements

You must check in within 15 minutes of your scheduled start time. Failure to check in will result in automatic cancellation and the room will be opened to walk-ins. Credits will not be refunded for no-shows.

5. Code of Conduct

All members are expected to maintain a respectful and safe environment. Any violation of our code of conduct may result in membership termination without refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

Play OpenTee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
